John teaches music from the heart. A seasoned veteran with over four decades in the industry as a recording artist and touring professional give him a unique perspective on performance and preparation that only select instructors can provide. Kind, understanding, patient and attentive, John develops fun and effective courses of study to suit the needs and challenges unique to each student—not to mention, tons of great stories from inside the industry and from touring around the world with Danzig.

Workshops and Seminars


Workshops and seminars are great ways to learn and to interact in a group music setting. From playing classic rock songs to learning new ways to perfect that tough guitar lick, workshops can provide a good deal of information in a single or series of events. Group instruction, local or beyond, provides instruction and encouragement towards the pursuit of great guitar fundamentals. Listen, learn, and jam with John. You’ll have an incredible time playing songs with a group, and yes, “Mother” is always part of the course!
